Day One

I started my morning with my new healthy beverage Rockin Wellness. I watched this product through the company's Facebook page for a long time before I purchased it.
It seemed quite pricey, so I wanted to be sure it wasn't just a sketchy scheme. My mother has Myleodysplastic Syndrome which basically means her bone marrow is unusually lousy at producing red blood cells. I am always looking for things that might make her feel better. The personal testimonies from people who have used this product consistently reported recognizable, and measurable results. I tried it for the first time this morning.

The Rockin Wellness shake was a chocolatey flavor, with undertones of nutshell. It really reminded me of this groovy "health food store" my mom frequented in the 70s. This old familiar smell/taste made me feel like the contents were as close to quality as one could possibly get in this day and age. I showed it to my favorite supplement store Willner's Chemists, and they wholeheartedly approved the ingredients. The only question they had that we couldn't answer was how much of each ingredient the proprietary blend contained. Never the less, it tastes good, and it is good for you. More updates to come after more shakes.

I successfully finished my first day of veganism. I had vegetables and couscous and nuts and dried fruit. No cheese, no bread, and obviously, no other meat or dairy products. Onward towards tomorrow!
